It was entertaining, but I think that Logan's run with the promise of "renewal" and the illusion of Sanctuary was a better idea! Maybe they should have re-made that instead? Some spoilers below

To me the two areas that you need to "suspend belief" were that you could keep colony of 'people" alive and hidden from the public in that fashion. Second, for the year it was supposed to be set in, there were too many contemporary cars on the streets. The cars that are new now, should look old by then.....

i didn't see logan's run so it was original for me hehe. i believe they are remaking that movie for next year.

yea, i noticed that too. the first car i noticed was a rx-8. and of course all those squashed durangos (magnums) haha.

I just saw it yesterday it was really good!!!

the only problem i have with the movie is Scarlett Johanssen, didn't strip every chance she got, like Jessica Alba did in FF4!!! HAH.

Then it would have been perfect.

Well Get out and rent it! One of the best sci-fi movies prior to Star Wars. See young Farah Fawcett (acting horribly) in a small part, Michael York as Logan 5 and Jenny Aguter (American Warewolf in London) as Jessica 6. Good from a historical perspective, but the effects are soooooo1976!
