Things arent working out and wont work out until some of the brands we like go down in price. IMO $2500 for an intake is out of control. I can see $1500 but not $2500.
You have to remember that parts for this car arent cheap. 3 of my parts were over $10,000 alone...

Endless brakes $3700
Mugen Hardtop $2800
Mugen Seats & rails $2600
+shipping $800 total for everything..

at least parts for this car are easy-er to get. but agreeded they are very expensive!!

The cheaper parts are easy to get. I agree with but the made to order ones are a PITA.
