Thanks guys.
I called Altel last night How can a company with so many resources employ someone with such limited intelligence?
After going thru the annoying menu I reached a person. He knew very little about geography. When I explained where I was going, he replied " you will have to pay a lot for using your phone in a foreign country".
I concluded anything he told me after that would have no credibility.
I'll take my chances.

we get that kinda comments all the time from people on the CONUS. many think that alaska and hawaii are both islands SW of mexico, because it's depicted that way on many maps. sometimes it get questions why we use "pacific time zones when we're located by Florida"
In my career I have met the kings and queens of the Land of Stupid.
See y'all in a few days.

BTW, I never saw an S2000 in all my travels in the islands. I rode by the Honolulu Honda dealer and still no sign of an S.
I'll be back next year and plan to stay on Maui.
You guys have a beautiful place to live out there.
