^maybe a hummer for mackey. and taka can't hear other people revving him out, cuz he's going warp speed all the time.
anyway, let's face it, we all like a little attention. i like it when i pull up next to a Z3/4 or a Boxter and the guy eyes up my S, and we both know that i bought the driver's car and he bought the boulevard cruiser.
so if it makes you happy to drive it, like you mentioned in a previous thread, keep it. if not, then get a nice sedan.

Acura just put out a 2.9-4.9% APR for TLs on Saturday. Good through the end of November. Type-S' are in short supply, we have one White automatic in stock and thats all for now. Regular TLs are in pretty good supply as are TSX automatics. We have about 6-7 TSX 6-speeds. typically Silver, Grey and Black.
I must've been in bad mood yesterday. I can't sell her -- well not today.
So what, the bimmers are going to be a problem? I was told their QA is good for the most part. Little stuff break, but the engine and drivetrain's bulletproof?? No?
I test drove the newer 3 series a few months back -- an auto, but I thought it handled extremely well. I love how they look. The inside's a bit cramped, but IMO a bit tacky.

BMWs are nice, but their quality has been going through a steady decline for about the last ten years or so. They used to be focused on the enthusiast market as far as drivers are concerned, but had a shift of priorities and the accountants took over. The only way you will really be getting into a good enthusiast car is you go for an M. They did make the ZHP through the BMW Individual program on the E46 platform, but most of those cars suffered engine problems that were almost impossible to diagnose and rectify.

I was also looking at the IS series. I did not reallly like the way they handled, too much focus on luxury instead of sportiness, and also the fact that the 350 is only available with an automatic.

When I drove my girlfriend's S I did notice that more drivers expect you to live your life a 1/4 mile at a time. However, as said by others it happens to drivers of all performance cars. If your goal is to go undercover I think a BMW 335i would be a great balance giving you M3 performance with a stylish yet understated appearance.
