jdm - im just ribbin ya....
i basicly said it above.
service is similar to any other honda, just i find that u have to check oil much more often.
i dont take my car to the dealer, a friend and i do all the service on my car

i think im gonna have to wait up till a better S comes up
after a couple of emails with honda windward, they want somewhere inbetween wholesale price/retail value
wholesale= 23,550 or something close to it
retail = 27,350? or something close to it
im thinking they want maybe like 26 out the door
try look at the picture at hondawindward, it looks like the car has like 5% or 20% tint...

Hey jdmrsx, I too am looking for an S2K. I looked at that particular S2K and it is in really REALLY junk condition. There are scrapes everywhere and scratches--The bottom sides, front bumper, rear bumper, and mirrors. Also, the taillights seem out of place. The interior is all scratched up and dirty. There is an actual small chunk chipped out of the rear bumper. When I started up the engine it sounded really weak and strange compared to my brother's S. The "check engine" and "maintenance required" light was on. It also made a ticking sound. The gas pedal was really stiff, felt stiffer than the brake pedal. Just a heads up so you dont waste your time... Oh yeah, the salesman was a total ass. He was impolite to me because Im kind of young. Also, he couldnt even get the S2K up the hill, kept stalling out! me and my brother were laughing so hard, we were wondering if we should of gave him help...

and what the hell is their problem trying to sell it in that condition?! so much for "honda certified pre-owned vehicle"...

what did he do or say anything about the car?
were they willing to fix it or sell it as is?
