To me haole isn't a bad thing, in fact I enjoy them especially the girls (mua ha ha ha), just gotta watch out tho, haole girls can be hawt and look 20 years older than they really are. Mokes are just as if not worse than the haoles they tend to hate. It's never about the color of the person's skin, it's all about their attitude.

Something was up with his tranny, his engine was on for power steering mainly (I can't imagine how tuff it'd be to turn that wheel with no power), he put the thing in gear and it made some really strange sounds and never engaged. He had enough tranny fluid so I'm guessing a defective tranny.

as much as it pisses me off to hear how those selfish people complaining acted, i'm glad to hear you took it upon yourself to help out the situation. at least there's one person left still carrying on the aloha spirit.

You know the funny thing? Germany, and most of Europe for that matter, has a good samaritan law requiring people to stop and render aid in the event of an accident. Most people there are so accustomed to it that they will generally stop and offer assistance during a break down as well.

Yup, I recall back 17 years ago when we were on one of the highways we saw a massive convoy-looking thing alongside the road. 14 vehicles stopped over to change out 1 tire.
