Yea, the car is brand new but oh well. Warranties are only voided if the particular mod can be proven as directly responsible for a repair issue. With that in mind, I am not all that worried about it. The same would apply to changing out wheels for something else, and that does not seem to stop anyone now does it?

I would be interested in doing it myself, but I do not have the tools to compress the springs in order to put them on...

i would advise taking it to a professional or you might end up puting the shock in backwards like in donger's car
oh and if your worried about warranties then just put it back to stock. its only suspension.

Yea, I know. I am not worried about warranty issues at all. Springs are not that complicated, and can get swapped back if it needs to go into the shop.

Thanks for that. I actually picked them up on Monday, so they are sitting in my garage at the moment. Which Bilsteins are you looking at? I had a really good hook up on them when I was in Germany and was still able to get the same price, eight hundred Euro, after I moved here but the exchange rate has taken a turn for the worse lately and the deal isn't as good as it was. Shame, as they are really nice pieces of kit.
