as for snorkeling.. Hanauma Bay is really nice. I also heard Shark's Cove is pretty cool.

Turtle Bay would be great for golf, but it is on the North Short and it is $$$. But if you really want to treat them, there is no better place IMO

Yeah I just looked at Turtle bay and it does look nice. I'll have to see if they want to go their or not, but your right it's major $$$.
