thanks for the input guys, at least no one is flammin on the CR wing
but taka and justin are correct. do the wheels first. the INGS won't widen the car and force you to get different width/offset wheels. so you should do that first.
the INGS sides are not sleek and smooth, the GP sides without the door caps are pretty nice, but bouford is doing the GP kit so don't venture there. honestly, if the rear bumper doesn't lower the side profile of the car, skip the sides altogether. for an AP2, i vote for the APR lip or the Mugen splitter. i had the splitter and it was really nice.
good luck

IMO (for looks) Suspension first, wheels second, and body mods last .
Option #1 won't look good. Don't just get the sides and expect the OEM front lip to compliment it. It'll still make the sides lower than the front and rear which would look horrible especially at stock height and stock wheels.

i agree with spanky. body mods last. FYI, here is a brief timeline of my mods minus fluid changes:
suspension
exhaust
deck & dci
front lip & seats
rims
header & coilpacks
high flow cat
intake
duckbill
HT
fanswitch & thermostat
coming soon:
alarm & ecu
bodykit & paint
good luck on your decision.

the ings kit doesn't look all that great imo, but that's just me...the front bumper looks awkward, and the sides too beefy..wide and low.
going to an almost OE look with the amuse front bumper eliminates the need for a lip as well.
i like this sideskirt:
make sure you are sure about drilling holes for the CR spoiler too..
good luck with yer build.
btw, i finished my gps setup, modifry finally sent my bracket haha

The only body mods that should be done first are the minor OEM accessories like a front lip. Once you decide on aftermarket exterior mods, do the suspension first. It doesn't look good putting on anything even semi aggressive looking when you're at stock height. You could pull off stock wheels with minor body modifications but when you're talking about changing the entire look, changing the wheels should be done prior. In the end, at least you would have modded your car tastefully in steps instead of looking like an idiot at one point.
