Also remember that if you plan on getting recon, then going illegal, a recon fraud ticket is something like $267 while a no recon ticket is $95. I know quite a lot about recon (or so I think) so if there's any questions let me know.

if you do that then when youre pulled over dont show the cop the recon papers. say you have them at home. then go court and show the papers.
i heard before they may not pass them since they can obstruct vision...

Are allowed as long as the number of cylinders of the motor is not different from the original motor, even if the original motor was NA and the new motor is Turbo.
