cruising around i drive speed limit at most 4 over
but when no ones around im scared ill land in jail, its too hard to resist

I have been on Island doing some work in Kapolei for the last three weeks, I can't believe how many cops I have seen on the prowl. I miss Kauai, you can blaze past cops and they don't move. (knock on wood)

Just wait till after the new year and x-mas. The numbers of cops on the road should be reduced. If your worried about getting taged catch da bus or a ride from someone.
