I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum from Steve on time requirements - I need some time to get the Mustang put together. Maybe late October? I'll be at sea from mid November until mid December, so late October is probably a good goal for me.
Assuming the car is road-worthy, I'm in regardless of cost - the lower the better, of course, but I really need to get the car on a dyno to see where it's at, and a group deal will certainly be better than doing it alone.

For sure we'll be able to get a group discount of some sort with that many more cars attending. Hopefully there's enough time for all to participate.
It's looking like it's not possible to have this set up by next Saturday, so I may not be able to attend though

It's not required to get your AF ratios checked, however it's a good idea IMO since mods that lean out your AF ratios will tend to produce a little more power. I gained over 8hp peak simply from VAFC tuning alone with the VTEC point unchanged, while I gained as much as 11hp right after VTEC at 6500rpms. MY00-03 ECU's tend to make things very rich except at idle which does exceed stochiometric (~15:1) for emission control I think.
If your car is running an aftermarket standalone ECU, a piggyback unit like an e-Manage, VFAC, HKS F-Con and made changes to your engine, it's a must to do this to identify dangerous lean spots. If you are running boost, you seriously need to keep an eye on AF ratios.
