Default Does this look like a total loss or close enough?

my dads crv was hit pretty hard today outside of his work place by a uninsured , unregistered car and license expired guy ....yup u bet he was cited....but he wasnt drunk and so wasn't arrested...

here are some pics...














what do u all think?

KBB right now is about 18-19k

looks like my accident a few years ago. i got t-boned in my 4runner by another 4runner on the driverside door. car was repaired.

Yup, unless there's a big kink in the roof, it looks like the impact missed the frame.
