My husband started a new job on the Big Island June 21 but the kitty and I are stuck on the East Coast until she finishes her 120 day waiting period and can enter the state August 25th. Some people just don't understand that we love our cat enough to be apart just so she won't have to be quarantined.

We actually plan to live on Oahu and he will commute between a project there and on the Big Island. I've been looking for places to live and am considering the Ewa Beach Ocean Pointe neighborhood. Anyone familiar? Is it a nice area?

he's going to commute!!!! yikes. i did that for awhile. everyday. it's junk!
