What's taking them so long to post the official results?

Thanks!!

What a disappointment though. I didn't know that Andy beat Colin! No S2000 won their class. We're going to have to make up for it next month!

No problem.

I know what you mean Steve... I know in my heart that a solid 55 second run was possible with my setup but I can't believe how poorly I drove. I think it's the combination of the heat, humidity, new things like that "box" that threw me off.

I spun out and stalled, went too slow in another, and nearly DNF'd 2 of my runs because I almost missed a triangle which made me hit the brakes hard and lose almost all my speed just to make the cone. Tossing the cones around didn't help much either if you know what I mean.

In a nutshell, I think we're all a bit disappointed in our performance this month. I firmly believe that we can do much better (I have a lot of faith in the S2000) and next month's our chance to do it right. It's not surprising to see that Colin did the best out of us with his superior driving experience. My biggest problem was not being able to recognize key areas of the course early on, and I'd imagine more seat time will help with that.

You can see a Geez cube map of the course here

Overall, sunday was a damn hot day! I thought I had all I was going to get out of the car after run two so imagine my surprise when run three was faster. IMO Stephen had some pretty goog runs going, it's too bad we couldn't compare runs in video or with a device like the geez. It would be interesting to see where he's fast and where I'm fast cause I'm sure it would be in different places.

That would be an interesting tool to use... the Geez cube doesn't look like much, 2 accelerometers and very good software. I just wished my G-Tech Pro unit had software to do that. The hardware seems capable with 3 accelerometers... oh well, just gotta wait and see.

Anyways, here's a few pics from Taro Nobusawa of this months action.

My best run of the day ended like this... backwards!
