ok, bs bs bs all the way and im soo pissed

coming from eva side on H-1 my friends behind me blew past me and i saw the cop gunning way before all that

he goes behind the rsx (the speeder) and than just out of no where goes behind me and pulls me over.

yup 86 on a 55, wow my day cant get any worst. going 31 over with the new law for a ticket i didnt even do. the officer was about maybe 200 feet away and claims he guned me after i passed him. i didnt touch my breaks nor knew what speed i was going cuz i was just cruizing with the traffic.

i need a good lawyer, i am not getting screwed for this

btw there were about 5 other black sports cars, 1 lude, 1 rsx, 1 mr2, 1 350z all around within sight. i knew all of them cept the mr2 but i just noticed him because it wasnt an s2000 haha

k any numbers? i mean i know its not as easy as give him money and he will guarantee me no conviction, but willing to do what ever to get justice

or should i just with a public att? consider im a poor high school kid that bought a car i couldnt afford...

does it matter if he, did a few of my information wrong, he got me laser,

and i didnt sign the ticket? its just blank

kk if you know anyone youve gone to trust with issues like this, would gladly appreciate it. im on the verge of losing my lisence and//or not getting insured again.

doesnt matter if you didnt sign or not, something new with the law is that we dont have to sign i have 3 tickets that i didnt even sign and one of em the cop didnt give it to me or my brother instead he hid it in my trunk compartment and i had to find it

i got clocked going 87 back in Oct. my court date is in Feb so i feel your pain man. luckly i am not subject to the new law because i got the ticket before the new year. Hopefully everything goes well with you.

Sorry to here that man. Go with a public defender who will be appointed to you. Ive had good experiences with 2 different people. Both reckless driving cases were dismissed thanks to the public defenders. The best part is that its a free service.
