Anyone know where I can install aftermarket deck and retain dash controls?
My car is coming really soon and I have an Alpine 9815 to put in. Please reccomend any shops that can help me retain dash controls and be resonably priced. Thanks

I installed my Alpine 9815 myself. Its very simple. As for the controls on the drivers side, well I never used them so I didnt bother hooking them up. Should be another easy job. I was going to do it myself but got sidetracked installing engine bay goodies. Anyway at Circuit City they quoted me like $25. But that was with the install of the player but I did that myself..

Try PMing Almilli. David is on the mainland, but in the "early days" he was stationed in Honolulu. We got to know him then and he was working on ideas and actually fighting with someone about the radio mods. He might know how, or who to contact for an accessory.

The shop in Pearl Ridge, forgot the name of the shop but its on the right side of kam highway heading toward the stadium, before you enter the freeway. they said they can install "a radio" with ir control to interface with the stock controls. don't know how much it will cost.
