anyone know where to get saftey inspection plates?

once i got a legit safety check... lol and it was so legit he failed me for having the plate to begin with he made me drive home remove it and drive back with it off then after he put it on the bumper i paid blahblahblah then before leaving i peeled it off and stuck it on my plate lol what a jerk. lol
