would you have paid more than a 1000bucks?
if your still interested i can take you to the UH bookstore and pick up the same iBOOK i bought for 993, TAX INCLUDED!
drop a stick of 1 gig ram which cost about 200-300 from zipzoomfly.com
and that thing wil be off the HOOK!
of course it cant be compared to my powerbook but i did pay over 1600 for it
mac's are so off the hook as i mentioned before...hey CURRY, how do you like ur mac?
i got like ALL the software pretty much...
PM me, only thing i ask for return is...the day when i buy an s2000....u gotta help me test drive it to see if its good ! = ) so far..im waitin....for a decent used one...and insurance is still raping me...

Thanks, but I actually decided against the laptop. I will most likely get a G5 home computer though I'll have to wait until sometime next year.
I like my Mac, though it is getting more and more obsolete since I'm still running OS8.6 (ancient). It's still plenty fast for what it can do, even with a G3 processor. I was going to upgrade to OS-X but my Mac friends said the older systems don't like OS-X and that I should probably upgrade to at least a G4 first.
You're still on for the S2k test drive though...

my friend just picked up a brand new G5 at comp
god that thing is amazing...
fan isn't always on...only turns on when temp reaches a certain level...
um....lots of programs are good, i was just playin with cinema studio 4? i think thats what it is...mya...duno if thats how u spell it...
right now im looking for an copy of AUTOCAD 2004 or 2005
u know anyone that can help me w/ that?
