what did you do, or how did it occur?
You can borrow mine but I'm afraid you'll need my keys to make it work for the immobilizer to not trip.
If you haven't already, try posting in Under the Hood for possible clues.

yeah i did. xviper gave me the tip on checking someone esles ecu it not that then my problem is somewhere along the wirign harness. where did you purchase your mugen ecu from? i might just go that route. thanks!
