what did king's do to it? do they list that mod on their website?

well the j's website english sence make much not is realised
the king site doesnt really specify which bore size will be made specificly but i guess it does say that unspecified throttle bodies will be of "XXmm" ....

The stock TB is 66.1mm, and the King website says:
60mm bored to 64mm
62mm bored to 65mm
RSX bored 2.5mm over to 64.5mm
All other bored 3.75mm over
I guess that means our TB gets expanded to 69.76 with the King service, which includes:
A new throttle plate is installed and the throttle body bore is tapered, enlarged and polished to fit. Each throttle body is bead blasted for perfect appearance and the TPS sensor is reset for optimum performance.
