howdy hawaii S2k peeps!

Just to let y'all know that I just purchased a 3M Clear Bra set for my S for $150 shipped to Hawaii. I got it off of Ebay. This this is for a full hood, fender, bumper, and mirror protection. I've search online and the whole set usually goes for $300 - $350.

Yeah, I want to put in on tonight, but I just got my front clip repainted, so I have to wait until its completely dried. I'll check with the paintshop to make sure though.

I'm gonna try to come out on Friday...we'll see how work goes.



EDIT: Checked with the bodyshop...they told me 30 days

how did this turn out? I'm looking at getting the same kit. Would you recommend it?

The kit fit really good! They also sent me squeegees and a CD with an instructional movie, very good deal in my opinion plus the film was 3M.

If you're not familiar with vinyl application, installing the kit could be difficult, especially the bumper. I found I needed an extra pair of hands. Once installed, the bra is visible from about 5-6ft, but I rather have that than rock chip riddled paint =).
