OK, I've go the passes, and can confirm that they"overbook" these screenings and hand out more passes than they have seats. My friend at the Hawaii Film Festival suggested we get there early to insure seating.
Anyone wanting to pick up the passes can come to Acura. I'll be here till 6:30-7:00 tonight, and from 12:00 to 6:30-7:00 tomorrow. I may be with customers, but ask the receptionist and she'll call me if I'm on a test driveor something.

Of course I'll bring the tickets with me, but if aome are going later, they might want to pick them up so someone doesn't have to wait outside for "stragglers"
