I have a torque wrench. They sell 3/8 drive torque wrenches for $30 at the Navy Exchange if anybody wants me to pick one up for them. They are PowerBuilt brand and are the kind you twist the handle to get the appropriate setting. Look exactly the same as the Craftsman brand that sell at Sears for $85.

I only go onto the navy base when I have some training that goes on in the BLUE building. Or when I need some McDonalds... I do like my new privatized house on base.
