Hello all - was wondering what you all have for subs in your s2k's. I wanted to get the stealthbox - but the dealer is asking $550 for it and i don't have that kind of money at the moment. I've been looking mainly at the JLW3V2 as well as the W6V2 - and i've also been looking at the Alpine Type R's as well since i've heard a lot of good things about them. Now i'm just stuck with the dilemma - I like bass - so will one 10 be enough?? Also, will a 12 fit in the back without making a mess?

Is there a stealthbox for the s2000? As far as I've heard Honda never developed it. The only one I know of for a honda is the Odyssey one. There are board members and sponsors who have developed boxed enclosures for the s2000 that hold a 12" sub. It fits in the small part of the trunk that is lower than the rest of the trunk and sounds really good.

I had the Stealthbox, and it was enough bass for the S2000. The problem with the S2000 is that it's hard to develop a good sound stage with the small cabin (compared to larger interiors). I had Boston Rally RC620's up front, and although it sounded good, I always felt it was missing something (like rear speakers).
