wow that first quote is the most freakin insane thing i've ever heard! 
either that guy was smoking crack or he gave you the quote for installing the limited edition flux capacitor!

I don't think he was smoking crack at the time so he probably was looking at the install price for the flux capacitor. I don't even know how the heck he came up with that price quote. I saw in a book that it was supposed to be a 10 hour job so he must be charging me a little bit over $330 an hour.
