I just saw that a whole bunch you guys are coming to Hawaii in September, which is great. 
I see that you guys are still working out the hotel arrangements. Might I suggest, since you will be staying for at least a week, as an alternative to hotels to rent out a house. It some cases it could be cheaper than a hotel and you will have all the amenities of home.

^good idea! although i get the idea that some might want to engage in extracurricular activities 
sharing a home with the buddies might not be too conducive to the endeavor
