My clueless butt has to do the 22.5K maintenance on my car since the light came on.
THANKS JIMMY AND COLIN for pointing me in the right direction on how to get the light to go off.
Does anyone do all their maintenance themselves or do you take it to a dealership?
On the other site they gave me a link to a guy that posted the Maint sched, for an Acura and they said it's the same thing as the S. It had down 22.5K maintenance to do the following:
Change engine oil & filter
Check clutch adjustment & fluid level
Inspect Front Brake pads, Rotors and Calipers
Inspect Fluid levels
Adjust parking brake
Inspect exhaust system
Inspect tire wear & set tire pressure
Check hoses, belts & coolant level
Check wiper blades & windshield washer fluid level
Inspect power steering fluid level
Inspect transmission fluid level
Inspect front suspension & steering operation
Rotate tires
Please let me know if there is anything else that I should be doing.

Those are good things to do at that mileage. Some of the things I do is bleed/exchange all fluids at least every 6 months (except for oil which I do at ~7500 miles). Brake, clutch, diff and tranny must be purged (well, the diff doesn't have to be done at 6 months, but since I auto-x, I feel that it's good to do so.)
If you haven't done so already, switch to a quality synthetic oil. In time the mileage will increase and will induce less wear on the car, since the motor spins to 9k
I use Royal Purple 10w-30, some use Mobil 1, the rich suckers go with Amsoil, which I believe is the best to use. I've only met 1 owner who used an additive (moly) and claims good results.
Other things I'd recommend doing is to treat your interior leather/vinyl to a good Lexol treatment, along with 303 protectant. I also use Shin-Etsu grease on all of the rubber parts of the car to keep them pliable and soft. The tube costs a lot from Honda, but a little goes a long way. The driver's side side-bolter gets messed up with use so it's good to focus a lot of attention there.
If the car is bought used, it's also a good idea to get a 4 wheel alignment done, and perhaps get the wheels/tires re-balanced. The battery should also be cleaned, and treated to prevent corrosion, I'd also look underneath the front of the car where the plastic diffuser lies. Sometimes those factory clips break off and cause rattling. Oh, and don't forget to give the car the Zaino treatment!
