*** WANTED: 16" Tires ***
Anyone got 16" tires for sale. The rears on my car are dust.
Looking for a pair (2) of.....
205/40/16 or 215/40/16 or 205/45/16
no can do on 50 series cause they are too thick.

width: 7.0
diameter: 22.5
revs per mile: 926
205/45/16:
width: 7.1
diameter: 23.2
revs per mile: 898
215/40/16:
width: 7.3
diameter: 22.8
revs per mile: 917
These are the wrong tire sizes for an S2000
These are the right size tires.
OEM rears:
Bridgestone Potenza S-02's
225/50/16:
width: 8.5
diameter: 24.8
revs per mile: 840
The incorrect tire sizes will lower the S by about 1 inch. This could have an adverse affect on the handling characteristics of your car due to a change in roll center. Also, because the overall diameter is smaller, the contact patch is reduced. These sizes are also narrower which reduces contact patch even further.
