A man visits Mexico and while there he looses his wallet, passport and all his identification. When he tried to reenter the US and was asked for his ID he told the officer that he had lost it but that he was a real American.

The guard said he had heard this story hundreds of times and that the man would have to have some other way of proving his citizenship. The man then stated that he had a tatoo of Bill Clinton on one cheek of his ass and George W. Bush on the other.

The border guard was astonished as this was not a story that he had heard previously and said to the man, "Okay, pull your trousers down and let me have a look."

The man showed his bare bottom to the guard who said, "Well sir, it appears you do have the presidents tattooed on your rear, enjoy your trip back to Maryland".

The man was surprised that the guard knew he was from Maryland and asked the guard how he knew it. The guard replied, "Oh, I recognized Governor O'Malley's picture in the center".
