1) Auto crossing is not hard on the car unless you do many launches. What kills the clutch is drag racing.
That's the advantage of having a 9K redline. This car was built for autocross. You can leave the car in 2nd the entire time and you're not beating up on the engine. Also, better to get the know the car on the track before driving in the streets. You'll be fine.
