When doing a photoshoot in front of chrysler hall, a cop on a segway told us to move off of the main road. This was at 2am in the morning BTW.
BTW, Norfolk's image may be better, but there's still PLEANTY of violant crime...trust me on that. I'm back on Trauma and every night this week I've dealt with 3 or more gunshot wounds, and this is the slow season.
