You can regrease them without doing a rebuild. FWIW, I just buy reman'd ones instead of rebuilding mine. Did it once- isn't worth the hassle, imo.

I don't *think* its the calipers, I replaced one about 9 months ago and the car has 69k, they spin freely with the wheels off in the front. I am actually starting to think its the suspension because it will make the noise when I'm backing up out of the drive way as well as clunk over bumps. I just hate to take everything apart to check, because then I have to get another alignment.
