i think it's because the site is all screwie.... sometimes it's 15 seconds.. sometimes it's dumb and doesn't know when it's been 15 seconds...

It's going to hurt but it can't be helped. Please notify your forums. I am also resetting all the ppd to zero on the new server. And have had many request to remove it from the forums completely in the future
