The Saints won because they limited their mistakes. You seriously think a team with 6 turnovers would win? The Vikings made tons of mistakes.

I wonder what the Colts and Jets game would be like if they actually call the "roughing the passer" call when Melvin Bullit hit Mark Sanchez super late! They wouldve kept the ball and possibly scored or kept the game at 17-6 at halftime.

Would've/should've doesn't matter though. The Vikings lost that game and they can only blame themselves.
