so if i normally take my allergy meds that say to take with 8oz of water and i take them with 16oz of beer, that makes it ok right? beer has water in it

Can't speak for Alex's '06, but AP1 wheels are 16x6.5 +55 for the front and 16x7.5 +65 for the rear.

Just to give you an idea, a standard set of "S2000" offset CE28N's are 17x7.5 +50 F & 17x9 +63 R. Generally those will not rub with proper sized tires on them(225F/255R). My SF Challenges were something like 17x7.5 +48 and 17x8 +48. Damn things rubbed. Everyone had said, "Oh, those are okay for the S2000." Retards, the lot of them.

Nowadays, morons call that kind of offset(and even less) "aggressive." Idiots. Looks good parked. And that's it.
