Taking break 'cause I'm old, tired, and sunburnt.
Holes are deep
They made for good swimming pools before concrete was finally poured.
8" footer base. Another 8-9" added later
Kyle helping notch the posts. I was only using my cordless trim saw to make the initial cuts.

Posts are only required to have 2 carriage bolts. Mine have 3 plus additional blocking.

Thanks, Evan. I couldn't have gotten this far without the help of many of the S2000 owners. This lower landing(6'x8') is being solely be me. Ask Jeff(HTG) or Lou or any of the many other owners that were there that first day. I was totally lost.
