thats an easy one. the drying poo provides a sorce for the oils and water to leave your skin. this in turn dries out your skin. making it itchy.

and there is the hairy ass effect as well. the dry poo gets caught in your hair and that traps many hairs together providing more surface area for the boxers (or briefs) to rub against causing an itching sensation when the nerves of the hairs are stimulated..
