Correct. The Wankel -- They don't have pistons.

Check it out to see the difference in action: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wankel_engine

the only problem with that engine is the balancing and weight. that was one of the reason's they stopped using them in planes.

A conservative believes in personal responsibility and accepts the consequences for his or her words and actions--This is lacking in almost every aspect of our lives now. If you make a mistake, the first thing people do now is to find someone to blame it on. If you trip and fall, just file a class action lawsuit against the shoe manufacturer, the man who laid the floor, the owner of the building for not pointing out the gravity was turned on today, and your parents for giving birth to you. But DO NOT, accept fault for tripping. This might cause you to be more careful.

A conservative believes that people go to the movies to be entertained and to church to be preached to, not the other way around. Too many hollywood actors and actresses think their views must be right because they are rich. Money does not equal omnipotence.

A conservative believes that a child's education is the responsibility of the parents, not the government. Liz wanted to teach music since she was a child. She had a fire for it, a love for it and a strong desire to have her kids succeed. She put up with the lack of respect, the complete and utter focus on academics, and the crappy pay for 1.5 years. Now she is an accountant.

A conservative believes in the smallest government you can get without anarchy. We know our history: The larger a government gets, the harder it will fall. My money should be my money.

If it has cylinders, it has pistons and thus not a rotary.

i know, the plane engines are exactly the same as this one. i think it was called a rotary simply because the cylinders were in a circle and not lined up.
