Yup...

Start at the bottom with the felt so the seams overlap like siding... Also, don't forget to mud and tape the seems of the backerboard. This is the same as with drywall but you use different tape and mud.

When are we going to be doing this? You don't even have a roof yet, right?

I has a roof, windows and stuff will be done by monday. Id say about a month from now.
