the way i see it, is lawyers should simply be used to communicate in a court room. that is all. if i didnt have a lawyer for my DUI's i would have probably served time in jail. another example would be that person that spilled coffee on their lap and messed up their junk a little bit. it was their own damn fault, everybody knows that coffee is hot.
