Okay... So... HUGE pet peeve of mine...
You call a person to ask them a question or to share information. They answer the phone only to tell you they can't talk right now and that they are really busy.
WTF?
If a) you can't talk and b) you are really busy, why did you answer the phone? I could have just left you a message. Because you answered the phone, we have now both wasted time.

If someone calls me and im busy, I try to answer, cause you never know how important it is, or if its a quick questions.
I personally hate voice mails. You have to call to get them etc...
SMS Email etc FTW... the message is right there, and I can respond in a second.
