On another note, either the guy knew the owner or it was set ablaze on purpose for insurance purposes. I know... I know... I read there is a cap on value. If it was the business's car though or if the business got the write-offs for "advertising," then come tax time a huge loss could be realized to include labor as well as parts.

I'm not saying that's the case. I mean, how the hell would I know. I'm sure any investigator will think along the same lines(all possibilites).
