my biggest challenge right now is cleaning my engine up and making it look all pretty again. it will be a huge PITA. when you had your camero, alex, how often did you detail under the hood?

never - they were garage queens and only came out in perfect weather conditions - I wiped them down alot - that's about it. Under the hood they were clean.

I need to give me car a complete detailing too. Including the engine bay.

well that makes it a lot easier to keep clean. mine looks like a barrel of oil was dumped on it and then dust was dumped on top of that. not good.

i think im just going to buy new valve covers and air cleaner lid. very easy

I should not have burned all the pics of them - I get too emotional about stuff @ times. I found one of my '67 rs/ss the other day. My '69 ss is still up on somebody's camaro site as well...
