IIRC, the Gendron bar was not fashioned after the Comptech... at all. Bill built the bars the way NASCAR uses bars- blade-style. The arms stay the same, but you can use a variety of differing bars.

My stuff will be delivered on Mon (yellers and mtb helmet), but I'm leaving this weekend and won't be home until a week from Mon. They'll be soooo lonely
