No, just remove it all together Chris.. Honda engineered it that way to be quieter and sell more cars.

you need the supercharger turbo block extender that gives you 4 extra cylinder piston flux compacitors ... lets you do 300?? hp?? no no no MILES PER HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!
