It's the same to like the 5 I've been to on the west coast... they recycle and use alot of old fish... alot of it sits out a long time, gets put away in the afternoon when they close and put back out for dinner...

It was the stuff they did on the backend to keep costs low to maintain the buffet that was nasty.. I used to love that place tho..

Really? The one here is so busy during lunch and dinner they have to constantly make them (you can see them making them and putting them out).

Oh and also, we usually end up going early in the day around lunch time so we don't have to worry about the dinner stuff

No you can see it there too... its jus the fish and seafood in general, BEFORE they bring it outside..

If it looks a lil off, they'll just cut off the outside and bring it out..

I dunno.. I'm sure its not 100% of em.. but I've heard enough to pass on it now
