they both "do" the same thing, but i prefer the WAY raggtopp works - for the top, at least. I still like a slightly diluted 303 for interior plastics. On the top, Raggtopp doesn't streak or run off in the rain, it gives it a nice matte finish instead of the shiny oily finish that 303 gives... It's good stuff.

yea from the description, id prefer raggtop too. I dont want the freakin top to look oily...
