The bigger, the better up to a certain point. 70mm does not exceed that point. You're forcing air in at a higher rate than originally intended. This is why i had my exhaust valves oversized when having the head work. If there is no bottleneck, then the 70mm will help.

That said, if exhaust gases cool too quickly, it'll reduce the efficiency of the exhaust and any gains.
