It has a max waist of 38in. I'm a 36in. the driver side is def more fitted for me now compared to the passenger side. I know this because when I took the car down to florida, my gf at the time drove a good part of the way, and I barely fit in the passenger side seat. but like you said, racing seats, and they do a damn good job. I also had the skinnest person I know sit in the driver side seat, and she said it's stiil tight on her.
Still, I would want to test fit them. My problem, more than anything, is my height. That is why I want the seats in the first place. I need to get lower in the car.
I have considered the Backyard Special brackets for the OEM seats, but I am opting for the safety factor here.
Do you know if the Taitec bracket works with your seats, Carlo?

I do not have the slightest idea. But then again, I might be keeping the car. I could of gotten the news before the weekend, but it might ruin the weekend. So I asked her if we could do it on sunday.
